So get a Gadget Factory running and producing Dog Kennels, since you can’t defend from such overwhelming force with only 5 workers and 1 fixer. The enemy will also send in Saboteurs, so Dog Kennel is your best answer of defensive act. (My careless loss of Cement Works is how the enemy will attack you in this city…all the way to the end) If you don’t like the Doghouse method, just use the police. But that’ll cost you some money in a monthly basis. Creating Gangsters out of workers is not worth it in the long run, so I decided to just boost to Level 4 tenants and start producing Gangsters from them. I created an initial of 1 from workers, the rest 4 is bred. That should be enough. The same goes for Fixers. I just breed them from Level 3 tenants, with help of Tenant Recycling. Build a Pool Hall.
